The services provided by Zooz city for commercial services (the company, called here “Zooz Services”) are subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of Zooz services (“Services”) indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
Payment
The customer must complete payment of the agreed upon charges on or before the completion of the Services. All payments are non-refundable.
Inventory
Zooz Services is not responsible for any items not listed on the Collection Slip. The Customer agrees to be bound by the content of the Collection Slip.
Garment Care
Zooz Services will utilize utmost efforts to maintain a high-quality cleaning or repairing or any other required service. Zooz Services accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items with or without care instructions, or for dry clean only items, which are requested to be laundered by the Customer. Zooz Services accepts no liability for special care items that require special attention, including dry clean only items. Zooz Services is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, color transfer during cleaning process, or otherwise changing as a result of normal cleaning procedures. Zooz Services reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. Zooz Services promise to do all possible efforts to remove stains. Even though, Zooz Services does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Yet, the cost of normal cleaning for this item should be paid as well. Zooz Services is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item.
The customer agrees not to leave such items in their clothing or in their laundry bags. Zippers, leather and artificial leather pieces behave unpredictably while cleaning. The Customer is notified that there is a possibility of harm issues while following normal cleaning procedures, and Zooz Services does not accept any liability for such issues.
Curtains
Zooz Services considers high care with special program for Curtains, however, there are some inherent risks of shrinkage, color loss, some glazed fabrics will become fully or partially de-lustered, yellowing, hidden stains to show up. In some cases, sunlight, age, general wear and tear and certain atmospheric conditions will have weakened the fabrics which would cause them to shred during the cleaning process.
Loss and Damage
Missing or damaged items must be reported to Zooz Services at the time of delivery of your garments/linen or items under service, maximum within 48 hours. Failure to report the missing or damaged on delivery shall remove any liability of Zooz Services for the missing or damaged item. In the event that any item is lost or damaged by Zooz Services, the company’s liability with respect to any damaged or lost items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for required service for that that garment regardless of brand or condition. Original items will remain at Zooz ownership in this case. Zooz Services is not liable for any preexisting damage to a garment or other item and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it (or doing required repair or service) if any preexisting damage is found or if we have a concern about the colorfastness or the age or weakness of the fabric. If Customer has received any item because it was mis-delivered to him, then it will be customer’s responsibility to notify the company and return it. When items are handed over to us here at Zooz Services, we handle these said items with the utmost care. Our technicians individually inspect each garment and choose the best way to clean/repair it. Garments have the tendency for wear and tear, we cannot be held responsible for the weaknesses that garments have due to this aspect. Items such as, but not limited to, suede, leather, and fur have the tendency to weaken over time and show coloring problem during dry cleaning. Responsibility must also be disclaimed for other aspects of the garments, such as trimmings, buckles, belts, beads, buttons, and sequins. Zooz Services has the responsibility on items under cleaning or under servicing, themselves only. The company has no liability for any consequences of business loss or profit, resale, personal scheduling or events or any other consequences.
Uncollected Items
Once our service is finished for any item, we send SMS to customer to notify readiness for collection. Zooz Services reserves the right to dispose of any items not collected within 30 days from the date of sending this SMS, or maximum 45 days from date stated on the collection slip. Zooz Services shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of items disposed of pursuant to this clause.
Use of Third-Party Service Providers
Despite that Zooz Services is doing all needed cleaning or repair in its workshops, It reserves the right to utilize any outsourcer, vendor, or outside service provider for any service, without notice to the customer.
Change in Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
Loyalty Program
We are proud of our customers who deserve always the best, and our Loyalty Program is part of this admittance. As it is still new at Zooz Services, we believe that some developments may occur in near future. Zooz reserves the right to change/develop/stop the program as per company’s need.
In case of program cancellation, customer will be notified, and earned points will be compensated into free credit coupon with percentage 7% of paid amount.
Finally,
These Terms are governed by Jordanian law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts in Amman.
